Idea of that project was to make more space and make the grand floor more open.

The first stage was completed demolition, open ground floor and making one big living room.The next step was to fit all new plumbing, heating and electrical services.After that we start  involved building a rear dormer loft conversion and rear side extension.. This immediately expanded the roof space, creating two rooms and bathroom.The  existing floor in the loft was change,and we installed steel referring to the regulation.Once all main works were complete we set to work on plastering the entire property.

The new staircase was created into the loft.The loft conversion added two bedroom with  shower room,The  shower room is naturally ventilated thanks to another window.There is plenty of built-in storage space. A front elevation get Velux roof lights .  The exterior of the loft conversion was constructed first allowing the scaffold to be dismantled ready for the extension.

On the first floor after design we create master bedroom witch ensuite and dressing room, bedroom and new bathroom. It’s modern, executive-style décor is fresh and elegant.

Living room get new fire place bespoke shelves double sliding doors entry and beautyful wood floor giving that place style and elegance.

This project required internal redesign including a new glass extension structure to the rear area enabling the kitchen to be combined with the dining area.

The extension required totally removing the rear and site  cavity wall  creating an open plan kitchen and dining area.  The main construction material of the design was a traditional brick material with large elements of glass on the external surfaces to allow light and a strong connection to the garden.A feature element of the extension was the sliding glass doors to the leading edge of the extension.The house has an excellent sense of light and space throughout with a contemporary theme.  Underfloor pipe heated tiles and a fully fitted kitchen, with toilet under the stairs.

The old garden was completely redone. The old garage was demolished Garden got a new fence around. When you stepping in to the garden you can relax on the new patio and grass in the middle. In the right site we plant  plants giving a nice style and harmony  to  that new garden.
